I fell in love with photography at just eight years old—because of bare feet. Yep, you read that right! I saw a photographer working without shoes and thought, What an amazing job! No shoes required? Sign me up! (I hated shoes.)

But what’s kept me passionate about photography isn’t the freedom to go barefoot—it’s the way a single photograph can preserve a fleeting moment forever. The moments I capture don’t just live on in memory; they become keepsakes that hang on your walls, letting you relive them for a lifetime.

A Little About Me

I'm a mom to two wild little boys and a wife to one incredible man who has always supported my dreams. I never planned to be a stay-at-home mom—I earned my Business and Marketing degree from St. Ambrose University and was headed for the corporate world. But life had other plans.

When my son was born needing two open-heart surgeries, everything changed. My family became my priority, and I knew I needed to be home with him. Now, I get the best of both worlds—weekdays spent with my boys and weekends capturing the best days of your life. And the best part? It has never felt like "work."

Why Weddings?

Over the years, I’ve photographed it all—babies, families, seniors, food (fun fact: I shot the Barrel House menu!), real estate, headshots... you name it. But nothing sets my soul on fire quite like capturing love.

I’m obsessed with real, raw, and joy-filled love—the kind that’s silly, over-the-top, and unapologetically YOU. I want your photos to feel like you—laughing with your best friend, completely in the moment, and having the absolute best time.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

If you’re worried about being “not photogenic,” you’re not alone—I hear it all the time. And trust me, I get it. I hate being on the other side of the camera, too! But that’s where my little bag of tricks comes in. My job is to help you loosen up, have fun, and capture you exactly as you are—because when you’re authentically you, you’ve never looked better.

I don’t do stiff poses. I don’t do awkward, forced smiles. I focus on real connection. And I promise you—getting your photo taken can actually be FUN (yes, I said the f-word).
